Thank you, Sweet Grown Alabama and Alabama Agribusiness Council, for hosting a luncheon and press conference featuring the results of Agriculture & Forestry Grow Alabama: An Economic Contribution Study. Approximately one out of ten Alabamians work in agriculture and forestry, industries present in all of our 67 counties that contribute $77.3 billion to Alabama’s economy. The organizations will now release economic data every two years so we can continue to analyze agriculture and forestry’s important role in our lives. #Our67
